Peace of Mind Home Inspections does not have a goal of helping a sale go through or stopping a sale from taking place. I am here to provide as much information regarding the property as possible so the buyer can make an informed decision.
That being said, the following is what you can expect from Peace of Mind Home Inspections:
1) A thorough, non-invasive, visual inspection of the property and its components.
2) A detailed written inspection with a component checklist and a repair/replace summary.
3) A one-on-one walk through or telephone conference to discuss the report findings.
4) "Service after the Sale" - I am available to help with any questions you may have down-the-road.
I welcome clients to be present for a walk through after performing the actual inspection. Often questions about a property can be more easily addressed in person.
